The Providence Academy's program is very individualized. There are four students to every one teacher and instruction often happens in groups of two or three children to every one teacher. Instruction is based in latest research and targeted at each child’s level. Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Social Skills Training are integrated into the school day. Individual therapies can be provided in addition to small group interventions, and our therapists work with teachers to integrate motor, sensory and language goals into the classroom.
The Providence Academy is a 501c3 Not for Profit School. Therefore we rely heavily on donations and contributions to ensure a proper learning experience for our students.
Some of our our needs include Scholarship Funds, Technology Upgrades, School Expansion; to include building a playground and outdoor learning space. Please see our Fundraising page for a more detailed list of needs.
The Providence Academy has annual fundraising events, some of which are An Evening of the Arts and an Annual Golf Tournament. To receive more information on our annual events, please contact us.
